The Reputation System is a transparent way to evaluate seller trustworthiness based on their actual marketplace activity. Every seller earns or loses reputation points through their transactions, reviews, and behavior.
Unlike simple star ratings, our reputation system tracks every transaction and automatically awards or deducts points based on seller performance. This gives buyers a clear picture of who they're dealing with.
Sellers automatically earn points when they:

A seller completes 10 orders quickly with positive reviews:
10 orders × (5 + 3 + 2 + 1) = +110 points → Legendary Status! 👑
Sellers lose points for negative behaviors:

Based on total reputation points, sellers are assigned a level badge that appears on their profile:

Look for sellers with Trusted or Legendary status and 100% positive transactions. These sellers have proven track records of successful deliveries and satisfied customers.
