How do I create an account?
Click the "Register" button in the top right corner, fill in your username, email, and password, complete the captcha, and you're ready to start trading!
Is registration free?
Yes! Registration is completely free. We only charge a small escrow fee (2.5%) on completed transactions.
What currencies do you accept?
We support Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), Litecoin (LTC), and Dash (DASH) for all transactions.
Buying & Selling
How does the escrow system work?
When you purchase an item, your payment is held in escrow. Once you confirm receipt and are satisfied with the item, the funds are released to the seller. If there's an issue, you can open a dispute for moderator review.
How do I become a verified seller?
Complete at least 10 successful transactions with positive feedback. Verified sellers get special badges, higher visibility, and access to advanced features like autosale.
What is autosale?
Autosale allows verified sellers to upload account credentials that are automatically delivered to buyers upon payment. Perfect for digital goods that don't require manual delivery.
Security & Safety
How are my messages encrypted?
All messages between buyers and sellers are encrypted with RSA-2048 + AES-256 encryption. Only you and your trading partner can read them.
What if I get scammed?
Open a dispute within 48 hours. Our moderators will review the evidence and make a fair decision. Funds in escrow are protected until the dispute is resolved.
How do you detect duplicate accounts?
We use advanced algorithms to detect users creating multiple accounts. This includes IP tracking, browser fingerprinting, and behavioral analysis. Users found with duplicate accounts will be banned.
Payments & Withdrawals
How long does it take to withdraw funds?
Withdrawals have a 24-hour security hold, then are processed within 1-24 hours depending on network congestion.
Are there withdrawal fees?
Network fees apply based on the cryptocurrency you're withdrawing. These fees go to miners, not to us.
Can I cancel a transaction?
Once a transaction is initiated, it cannot be cancelled. However, if the seller hasn't delivered yet, you can open a dispute to get a refund.
