How Dispute Resolution Works

The Resolution Process

   Open a Dispute If you have an issue with a transaction, click "Open Dispute" on the transaction page within 48 hours of completion.

   Provide Evidence Submit screenshots, chat logs, and any relevant evidence to support your case. The more evidence, the better.

   Moderator Review Our dispute moderators will review all evidence from both parties and investigate the transaction thoroughly.

   Resolution A decision will be made within 24-72 hours. Funds will be released to the appropriate party based on the evidence.
